Fitness Instructor since 2000
started to be a fitness instructor after the birth of my daughter.
After the birth of her I had a bad sepsis and nearly died. Only working with fitness during the pregnancy helped me to survive. After this experience I wanted to know more about fitness and health and started to be a teacher.
My big mentor is my husband - working as a fitness instructor for nearly 20 years now.
I give lessons in BBP (Belly, Legs and Back) - in German: Bauch, Beine, Po - in Power Dumbell/ Iron Work, for Indoor Cycling.
In 2001 my son was born.
Last year in february I saw a video, my boss of one of the fitness studios I work for, posted on FB. This video was about pole.
Only by looking at it, I fell in love with this sport. Then I tried to get a chance for taking place in a workshop. But it didn't work. In this time a studio called and asked me, wether I want to be an instructor, because they had so many customers who want to have pole that they needed an instructor.
So, I thought: Okay, if I don't get the chance to take place in a workshop than I will be an instructor instead - I only wanted to do this sport!
Then Alina Schmidt - German Champion 2011 - teached me to be a teacher and in June 2011 I began giving my own lesson.
After that first studio, other studios called me, because they wanted me to be an instructor for them too!
My first student was my daughter! Because I thought about doing something means not automatically teaching. Now she is taking place in the Bavarian Championship, too! (She is now 13 years old!)
Now I have been dancing for 3 years, I am the author of the book „Poledance Passion“ which I made
with the amazing photographer Christina Bulka and illustrator Julia Rößle.
The first edition was sold out in a few weeks and at the moment we are searching for a publishing company who wants to translate the book in English.
I was for sublease in two studios and finally opened my own studio in may 2014.
this is my bio in Pole!
